Air Spring Design And Structure
An air spring is a carefully designed rubber-fabric bellow that contains a column of compressed air inside. It is important to note that the bellow itself does not provide any force or support for the load; the support function is entirely achieved by the internal column of air. The AIRSUSTECH air suspension is an expertly crafted elastic bellow equipped with specially designed metal end caps. Our standard double-layer air spring bellows are actually composed of four layers of materials. Moreover, to meet higher pressure demands, many of our air springs are built with high-strength structures. These products are either made from four layers of fabric-reinforced rubber or constructed with two layers of special high-strength cords, featuring both an inner liner and an outer cover to deliver outstanding pressure resistance.
